Welcome to PixBharat, a photo sharing app that lets you take selfies, post pictures, and share them with your followers or within custom circles.
Summary (not a substitute for the full terms): You must be at least 13. You own your photos but grant us a license to run the service and show them to your selected circles. Don’t post illegal or harmful content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
PixBharat (“App”) is a photo sharing application for Android and iOS operated by Ksoft Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: support@pixbharat.live
By creating an account or using PixBharat, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You retain all rights in photos, captions, and other content you upload (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, reproduce, process, adapt, and display your User Content as needed to operate, improve, and provide the App (including showing your content to your followers and chosen share circles), and to create backups and thumbnails. This license ends when you delete the content from the App (subject to reasonable backup retention and where others have already viewed, saved, or reshared it within allowed features).
We may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these rules or applicable law.
PixBharat lets you share to followers and custom “Share Circles.” Visibility is controlled by your settings. Recipients can still capture screenshots or copy content. Please share responsibly.
The App may include links or integrations (e.g., analytics, crash reporting, push notifications). Third-party terms may apply to those services.
We and our licensors own the App and its code, design, logos, and trademarks. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse our IP except as permitted by law.
To report violations or alleged infringement, email support@pixbharat.live with details and screenshots. We will review and act where appropriate.
You can stop using the App or delete your account anytime (see Privacy for data deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or legal reasons. Some sections survive termination (e.g., Sections 5, 9, 13–16).
We may change or discontinue features. We’re not liable for any loss from changes, downtime, or discontinuation.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for all claims related to the App is limited to the greater of INR 5,000 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts at [City/State, India] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new date at the top and, where required, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
